- Added a migration to change (only for KboOrganisaties) all dates/strings for modified and startDate to dateTime according to comment in ticket
- Added a comment to remind to bump version of kbo-data-sync when the kbo-data-sync PR is merged.
- Added to changelog

feat: add scope-of-operation-service to stack
...
This service provides functionality to manage an organisation's scope of
operation. To this end it facilitates that each organisation can be linked with
exactly one location resources as scope of operation, internally creating and
linking the appropriate resources.

chore: remove deprecated version from docker compose configurations

The version property has been deprecated for a while. Now that the servers are
on a recent version of docker compose these can be removed from our
configurations. This avoids that the warnings are shown each time.

This adds example entries for `DCR_SYNC_LOGIN_ENDPOINT` and `DCR_SECRET_KEY`
environment settings for the worship consumers. The example value for
`DCR_SYNC_LOGIN_ENDPOINT` was chosen to match the value for `DCR_SYNC_BASE_URL`.

Bump worship consumer to v0.27.0 into two consumers
...
The consumer needs to dispatch data to two different graphs: the worship
services graph and the privacy graph, based on triple type and/or
property. The latest version of the consumer doesn't allow it to be done
in one consumer instance, hence de split into two consumers.
