8d1e434e5d Fixing producer not dumping betrokkenBestuur 
A Bestuurseenheid can now have triples in multiple graphs in OP :
worship graph, admin unit graph, shared graph. But when there is an
additional filter on top, it expects all the triples to be in the same graph, causing triples in the worship graph not to be exported. Moving them to a separate block allows them to be safely exported :)

157fe4f374 Fix producer not exporting all worship admin units 
Apparently the producer doesn't take into account inheritance when
constructing the queries, so we have to explicitely define the necessary
types

d52f121a0b Enable local involvements for central worship services 
I had to deactivate parts of the cache, causing the frontend to have
very weird behaviours when the data was correct
