Bump worship consumer to v0.27.0 into two consumers
...
The consumer needs to dispatch data to two different graphs: the worship
services graph and the privacy graph, based on triple type and/or
property. The latest version of the consumer doesn't allow it to be done
in one consumer instance, hence de split into two consumers.

If the prefix rule applies before the rule fixing the difference between
Loket and OP's names first/last names models, it breaks the flow

* cleanup previously migrated data before sync
* increase mu-auth timouts
* split up deletion migration to avoid timouts
* identical utls added catch statements
* deletes before inserts
* Adapt migrations to splitted graphs
* Adapt consumers to the delta-consumer with contexts
* Bump consumers and cache
* Resolve cache not getting cleared
* Flush ministers of non active worship services too
